Unfortunate I cannot give 0 stars. If you are looking to rent a property I would recommend you stay clear from this estate agents. From start to finish they have been no help at all. They did an inspection on the property and then lied and wanted me to do their job for them on more than one occasion (take photos, measurements etc.) when landlord allowed his workmen to let themselves into property while I was out I called to make a complaint and was told they were at lunch and would call back but surprise they never did. Was asked to leave property 3 months early again no help I had to chase numerous times on advice about the process and how to retrieve my deposit. Then when the landlord wanted to keep my full deposit it was like bye bye from estate agents and I never heard from them again, while they helped the landlord write up his case against me. Maybe I was just unlucky but I would never use them again and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone else.
Would have given more stars if I could, finally got to the stage of exchange it was a bit of a nightmare getting there. A massive thank you firstly to Mahe who was incredible and so lovely who calmed me down and reassured me on quite a few occasions, in fact I spoke to Mahe so many times it seems strange not talking to her now, also Emma who was also wonderful and who I originally saw made me feel I had made the right decision to choose William H Brown.Everyone made me feel that I was important and not just another client definitely worth the fee.Thank you all so much, I would 100% recommend William H Brown.
