Chris Dellar Properties have made an excellent job of the photos and description of our house for sale. Within 5 days we had two offers (one more than the asking price). Not only are the photos and description well put together but they have a knack of simply getting us interested viewers. They also have a team member employed as a 'chaser' who diplomatically checks out the buyers and any chain issues. Chris was spot on with the suggested selling price (significantly higher than 4 other local estate agents) Even though our buyer has let us down at the last moment (not Chris Dellar's fault) - we are confident to stay with this estate agent knowing it will only be a few days before we get another offer.
Chris Dellar are the worse estate agents Ive ever dealt with. I have 4 other managed buy-to-lets with other agents, all of which are very honest and easy to deal with. In the 2 years of dealings with Dellar the list of things theyve not delivered is too long for one review. I would seriously suggesting going elsewhere or you will find yourself in a world of missed appointments, ridiculous admin fees, unkept promises and frustration. The only joy youll experience from Dellar is when the office staff contradict each other because they cant remember which lie theyve already used and get all mixed up. Avoid.
