Absolute rip off took my committent fees for absolutely no good reason with not regard just because they can. I did find that very discrenatory how they conduct their so called credit search. Lived at my current address for 5 years paying similar amount in rent yet was told I could not move in a lot my fees paid. Very fishy renting practices although the lady I fee dealt with initially was such a lovely person I can not overlook how I was treated after all the cost I incurred with no refund. The government needs to regulate this industry big time. Who needs 270 per person to do a credit check contacting any credit agency.
Probably the worst customer service I've experienced and this is with my low expectations hat when it comes to estate agents.Unprofessional communication, no support or advice. When we had queries over the house we were buying we were told take it or leave it, they're sure the vendors can find a new buyer.On completion day felt fobbed off and asked to liaise with the vendors directly to get the keys.Do not use! Unless you feel like experiencing very poor customer service.
The lettings staff have always been helpful for us.
