My husband and I collected the keys to our first property about a week ago and we just wanted to thank Ensum Brown for all their help. Specially Paul and this lovely lady (sorry I forgot your name) who helped us with so many things. They were all very friendly. Since it's our first property, we just didn't know anything of the process of buying a property. Paul always know exactly were we where in the process and told us step by step what to do next. He also called us several times to ask us how we are doing over the few months. Sorry to say but our solicitors weren't great in explaining anything, so instead of calling our solicitor at the end of our buy, we called Paul for updates. He was the one who a few times called our solicitor and then got back to us with updates. Also, because Paul was so kind to take his time answering questions of documents we suppose to have, we realised our solicitor did not gave us a very important document until the day before exchanging contracts.
