Good quality Joules jacket received the next day. It was well packaged and as described on the website. The mistake in size was resolved immediately once the incorrect sized jacket had been returned and received at the shop.

What a wonderful place.Bought my first wax Barbour jacket today.The owner was so helpful and really spent time finding the right one for me.I highly recommend buying from Red Rae. I also bought a liner and hood. Which go perfectly with my jacket.I am so happy about my purchase. I will cherish my jacket and the experience I had buying it there.
Item ordered the Sunday and was delivered fast on the Thursday by FedEx to the Netherlands. For now nothing to say on the overall quality of the product. Definitely good business and customers care! Only comment is that country of manufacturing for the Barbour products (when made overseas) should be clearly mentioned. My guess is that my Barbour Ashby jacket was unfortunately not made in the UK. Would definitely recommend this shop that has a great choice of Barbour and other brands products.
