One of my favourite Asda's . Not much trendy vegan food either , thank goodness . Also staff not overly political.
Absolutely disgusted with Asda in ware. My daughter went in today to buy lunch, paid at the self service checkout, inserted 20 and was then short changed. She called an assistant over, who said she needed to check. Came back with a security guard saying my daughter had been given the correct change as they had checked on CCTV. Asda I would like to see this CCTV!! I have tried calling you numerous times today and keep being cut off - you will not even give me a store managers name!! My daughter was then told to leave the store by a security guard - who also kept her receipt. An apology is needed - and her correct change!!
Staff are really friendly and the store is well stocked.. The girl at the cigarette counter is really cool.. Always somewhere to park..
Delivery is absolutely rubbish. Payed 5 delivery. It came an hour late and only half my shopping came. Phoned up, haven't had a refund, just a month delivery pass. I'm only up the road and they can't even deliver missing things later on. Poor. It was definitely delivered by ware one.
No changing rooms in the clothes department but the store is medium sized, modern and well stocked. Lots of parking available on two levels. There are lifts, a travelator and level access from the ground floor level. Staff are polite and helpful. Good for a quick run in for a sandwich and newspaper or a family shop.
