I refrain from leaving bad reviews about anything but this time it is on behalf of my OAP mum. My mum bought Xmas prezzies here (we like to support local) and was told the no refund policy but having not come across this before she didn't really understand it. So it played on her mind until she asked me to try on the items she had bought and they were a very bad fit and poorly made. Because my OAP mum didn't want me to push back at the store and request they give her a refund, we have had to 'swap' them for other items that to be honest were little better. My mum even found a sainsbury TU label in some, so these were clearly last seasons cast offs which is fine if marketed as such but there is no way sainsbury would have sold them first time around at the prices in this shop. Now because they do not offer the sme service of a refund as everywhere else we will never shop here again. Very sad we cannot support a small business and very sad at having to leave my first ever poor review.

Love this shop! Always has beautiful clothes, lovely staff and always tidy! Stock always changes and clothes are good quality!
I love this shop, the windows always look inviting and have great clothes, shoes and as for their bags, they're my favourite and there's plenty more inside. The owner Lauren and the other lady are both extremely friendly and helpful. I have bought a couple of bags from Noire, one being a Stella style bag which has had a gazillion compliments. I regularly go in just for a browse and as I have already said the ladies are both lovely, chatty and customer friendly. Can't wait for my next purchase! Jo Clark
Disgusting shop! All market stock but over priced. Rude and judgmental staff. Had a friend go in there and told she was too fat to fit the clothes. Selling real fur but telling people it was faux to get sales. Would never buy from them again! DO NOT GO HERE
