Today was my first Aerial hoop class, and my first time at Studiofly. I've been looking to change and funk up my fitness routine, and I think I've found my new fav place! Very welcoming, friendly, clean, lovely encouraging trainers and fellow students of all levels. Everyone was helping and cheering on each other. Very good facilities with easily enough to go around. Rly loved it so far and will be looking to take a month membership, try new classes ( they also do ;Pole, Silks, Barre and Anti gravity Yoga).Will DEFINITELY recommend!!! Thank you
As a person who has spent their whole life avoiding the gym I absolutely recommend this as fitness studio where you can get fit and have fun. The instructors have excellent knowledge and are extremely good at setting different difficulties within each class so all can get the maximum from their class. They are encouraging and supportive but also know when to push you for that little bit extra.I have to say being on the larger side and fairly unfit I was extremely nervous about joining any fitness studio, but Studio Fly really do welcome you in as one of the family. I can't recommend this place enough
Amazing studio! It has made me grow in confidence as well as getting fit! i would recommend the studio to anyone looking to start a new hobby and get fit while doing it, lovely family feel!
An amazing Studio where you can have fun, make new friends and get fit all at the same time. All the classes are really fun, the instructors are brilliant and its a completely different experience than going to a gym! Highly recommended!
