We have had many positive experiences with Chestnuts, but the main thing was dealing with Cathy and her superb care of Hector and his alergies. Both professional and caring it was a pleasure for us to see her. Cathy would often email us to check on Hector and give further advise, we had to inject Hector, with Cathy helping us through all the way. I would not hesitate to take any of our 3 beautiful Frenchies there in the futureCarolina Castro
Coming from an animal lover, this is the best veterinary practice in the area . Staff are very friendly and give great advice and treatment. Couldn't recommend highly enough! My hairy child is a big fan.
Always had good experience here, until we turned up in an emergency with a badly injured dog in the car straight from the accident as the emergency number wouldnt answer. The vets was shut but there was a vet inside who came to the door. She wouldnt even look at the dog and we was told to go elsewhere, which we did and will do in future. Luckily it wasnt life or death situation! And also got charged for them to fill out insurance forms. Obviously money comes before their animals welfare.
Have been going to the vets since I had my precious westie. Always been very good with him. Also communication is very good, sending text messages when his medication is due. Thanks.
