After injuring my back, i had a quick treatment with John. After two days I was moving more fluidly and was experiencing considerably less pain and discomfort. I can't recommend him enough.
I started coming to see John for pains in my neck, shoulders and back a few weeks ago. I have suffered with problems in these areas for years and was having a particularly long and painful flare up.Since having several sessions there has been a marked improvement; I no longer have any pain in my back or daily pain in my neck. Ive even started back at body combat, which I wasnt able to do and very happy about that, thank you! Having seen many osteopaths over the years, I can honestly say that John is the best so far and I would highly recommend him to everyone!
John did a fantastic job treating our 6 week old baby who was suffering with severe colic. Until recently I had no idea an osteopath provided these services and I was delighted to hear that he had lots of previous success treating this.After just 4 sessions with John the symptoms had almost completely cleared up and we were able to sleep again! I could not recommend Johns services enough. For any parents out there who are not getting any sleep from an uncomfortable screaming baby, go and see John - It will be a game changer!
As a self defence instructor my back & neck can take allot of punishment. I had an on going lower back issue & was amazed at after just one treatment with John I noticed significant improvements. John gave me some great advice over my next few treatments which I now adhere to and have been pain free! You don't have to suffer back pain, take my advise & give John a call.
I have been very impressed how each treatment gives me more and more movement and the trapped nerve has been cured, the knots and pain are much improved - just on maintenance sessions now. I would recommend John - he is a highly competent osteopath.
