I came in yesterday as we have been thinking about getting our first puppy. The member of staff there was so incredibly helpful! As we didn't know anything about dogs or puppies she printed us off a question sheet of what to ask the breeder from the Dog's Trust website. She gave us leaflets and told us about the puppy hour and what advice they are trained on in store. Never met anyone so knowledgeable in a customer service role, you can tell that she is passionate about animals and we will definitely be returning as soon as we have puppy. What a delightful little store and superb customer service!
I visited the store yesterday and received some great advice from the really lovely and friendly sales assistant. Our 8 month old dog is being so fussy with her food so she let her try out some samples and loved one, Mc Adams which is a great relief after a couple of worrying weeks! We left the shop very happy customers,Thank you!
The store is ideally located in the environment of Van Hage Garden Centre in Ware. It is a pet friendly store which allows well behaved dogs to enter. The store has many different types of pet foods and treats which are not routinely for sale in your usual shops.We buy our cat and dog food from this store as it is the only stockist of the pet food that our pets eat.
