Interesting if you're interested in the local history. A small place, can be seen in 15 minutes to an hour.Items from different eras, maps, photos, letters and the Great Bed of Ware as the main highlight.
If youre in the area, this small local museum is worth a visit. Entry is free but you can donate if you would like. The whole museum is run by volunteers who would like to keep the small towns history alive. Many activities to do and is a nice place to bring children to spend time.
It's free but they ask for a donation. At present they're showing a great glimpse of what was going on in the past at stanstead Abbotts. Well weath a vist.
Excellent place with so much to do I. Such a small location searching, dressing up and more.
As with the other compliments here, the Ware Museum is well worth the visit. The staff are very friendly and will answer all your questions as well as informing you more great history facts.Lots to see and soak in! It seems very small but we spent a good hour (almost 2) here and my husband isn't a huge fan of museums so that's saying something!
