Delicious food, exceptional service by staff. Very modern new decor. Worth regular visits.
We recently booked a table for 615pm yet almost half an hour passed and we still had not even been asked for our drinks order. Other tables were also sitting waiting to be cleared and not one member of waiting on staff had walked by the tables in the whole time we sat there. We ended up leaving as god only knows how long our dinner would have taken had we actually ordered. The service has definitely gone down hill on the last couple of visits which is a shame as we have enjoyed the restaurant as a family previously. It is almost as if they are deliberately understaffed. Early evening on a Friday is not a quiet shift so should have sufficient staff available surely?!
If I could put zero stars, I would. My extended family went there for a birthday celebration. Waited 1.5 hours for starters- olives and garlic bread.... how does it take this long for something so simple?! (in that time, only had been asked for drinks once when we came in and had been sitting there with empty glasses), they clearly lost our order, but failed to apologise for this. We waited another hour for our food and was there for a total of 3 hours. The waitress came over at one point with food, put mine down in front of me and watched me take a bite. About a minute later, she realised that this was for another table. She then proceeded to take it away from me and give it to another table.... after I had already tucked in. We did not get a round of drinks on the house for our patience with this terrible experience. Honestly, as someone who worked in the service industry for 6+ years, I found it terrible customer service that nothing was comped or no vouchers for money off were given to us for another time.
Pre-booked table of 10. This was the worst restaurant I've ever experienced. We waited so long for every meal, we sat down at 7pm and weren't served our main meals until almost 8:50. Cold/burnt pizza, weren't told that all the pepperoni was spicy, didn't give the correct orders. Shocking, don't ever go here.
Very nice food and good size portions, reasonably priced too. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Massive bonus for me is wheelchair accessibility which us not very common in Ware.
