Disappointed by the range of real ale in the co-op over the road I went into wine world hoping to find some more interesting choices. At first glance I was impressed. However after closer inspection I found that every bottle I looked at was massively out of date. I'm talking months old. One ale had bits of stuff foating in it. I can't comment on the wine but as far as the ale goes I would stay well clear.
friendly people with a good knowledge of fine wine. More choice than local competition,maybe a bit more expensive but with time to browse without being in anyones way and polite and helpful Staff.. i feel more people should know about our little Wine World.. well done guys. chris from Abbotts.
