Claire was lovely. I had confirmations through on email and she checked to see if it was possible to have a different colour flower. My mum was over the moon with the wine/flowers/chocolate basket. Delivery was only a couple of hours after I ordered. Thank you :) x
TERRIBLE - saw the Orchid they delivered on Monday for my friends 90th birthday. It was terrible - dead flowers and yellow leaves.
Disappointed by the service. I went in to discuss wedding flowers and was told to email. I had gone in to talk to someone in person. Very disappointing service.
