So pleased I found Amit at Hale Physiotherapy and I highly recommend him to anyone for both short term treatment and long term sustainability. When I first walked (hobbled) in to see Amit, all I hoped for was not to be in pain with my back and be able to walk again. Within a few sessions I went from someone who literally buckled to the floor in pain to being able to start Yoga.Amit's natural ability to sooth muscles which are causing extreme pain and then work with you to ensure that you are fully rehabilitated is outstanding. All this is done with his empathetic nature (even when you are a patient who is not always great at following the advice!).Although Amit states there is no treatment needed at the moment, I insist on going back once a month; I trust Amit to keep me in check and ensure that I am never as bad as I was when we first met
I found Hale Physio via a local search when I was having some severe back pains following an old football injury. At my first visit I could just about walk into the surgery and my first words were "you have got to help me". Help me they did not just with the problem there and then but also with preventative exercises. Since then further injuries such has a torn achilles tendon have been managed brilliantly.
