Mr Ismail and his team have been amazing! I can't praise Mr Ismail enough, not only for the fantastic transformation of my sons teeth but also for his kind, thoughtful and professional manor throughout the past three years of my sons treatment.
I started off as a very nervous adult patient about 5 years ago. Sarah has always been extremely calm, patient and reassuring making sure I felt comfortable at every stage. The nurses and receptionists have always been exceptionally helpful and accommodating making routine and emergency appointments around my difficult work schedule. After monthly visits for around 5 years, my braces are finally off and I just have bonded retainers which I barely know I'm wearing and overnight retainers. For the first time ever I am confident to smile and show my teeth and am also much more comfortable when visiting the practice and my dentist too. Herts Orthodontics have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Both my sons under the care of Mr Ismail now have beautiful Hollywood smiles. The reception staff were always very understanding and accommodating with dates times of appointments etc, crucial for a busy working mum.
