Bought a bike from Bike Active about a month ago. I was well Impressed with stock they had in store to look at and sit on. Really happy with their advice for me to go up a size from a small and now my biking feels so much better! Genuinely nice guys who are well into their bikes. Highly recommend especially for Herts and Essex area.

I bought a bike that was ex display.It was one I was particularly looking for. I travelled a fair distance to collect it and it wasnt exactly what you would call cheap.Rob seemed a nice helpful person.I felt that this bike had not been properly checked over.The brakes were awfull,Ive had to strip them down do some work on them,something I didnt expect to do in that price range.There is also other niggle which I will get around to.Possibly from the condition of the brakes it may have been a bit more than ex display.Cosmetically it looks nice. Unfortunately I live to far away to take it in to to the shop !
