Went for shellac manicure Saturday morning appointment - the woman shown up almost an hour late which resulted in me having have to change my plans for the day. She did a very bad job too. Went second time only because someone else was going to do my nails. She was pleasant and not bad, however the shellac came off my nails within 10 days. Gave her another chance as she was very friendly and the area is not exactly booming with nail salons. She recommended a hair dresser in the salon, so I made a hair appointment, thought this was 30 minutes later than it actually was, had no call to remind me or ask if I was still coming - I turned up thinking I'm 5 minutes early only to be turned away at the door and told they only had 20 minutes left before the next client! I should probably thank them as 45 minutes it's hardly enough time to have long hair coloured, cut and blow dried and I probably would have ended up wearing a hat for foreseeable future.The worst part is they didn't even have the courtesy to phone and tell me that if I was late, there was no point coming hence wasted my time making the journey there for nothing. Each time I left the girls a 10 tip even the one who shown up an hour late and made made us lose a reservation at a top restaurant in London for a special occasion.Would definitely NEVER go back again and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Great hairdressers. The staff are lovely and very talented. Used to hate getting my hair cut but now look forward to it!
